Louis Lesaffre Cup South Region Competition Begin

 

Louis Lesaffre Cup Regional Competition (South Region) started on Mar.24th in Guangzhou Walkonline.

 

25 candidates from south China attended the competition. The candidates fully showed their talent and professional skills during the competition.
There was a little different from the other competitions that the candidates have to present themselves and the art piece which is a challenge for their presentation skills. And all the candidates did a very good job during the competition.

 

Marketing & Sales Coordination Director- Herve Bolze, Consul General of France in Guangzhou-Mr. Bertrand FOURNO, Secretary of CABCI – Mr. Miao Zhu Qun attended the competition and encouraged the candidates to fully show their capability.
The judges are the Vice chairman of Guangzhou Western Cuisine Association Mr. Li Guo Xiong, Gerneral Manager of Guangzhou Zhaoqing Xinhaitang Fuxing Food Co.,Ltd Mr. Liu Rui Bin, Executive Bakery Chef of Guangzhou Garden Hotel Mr. Feng Zhao Ling,Founder of Perma Bakery Shop Mr. Christophe Merigoux, and founder of LE BOULANGER, Mr. Laurent WAN-HOI.All the judges valued the products of the candidates as well as sharing their suggestions on the products.
